Requirements :
  • S1 Degree majoring (informatics, information system, computer science and faculty of mathematics and natural sciences will be advantage) graduated from reputable university with minimal grade 3.0
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Willing to have 4 years contract (during 4 years not allowed to resign)
  • Have programming skill / networking / database / technical skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and excellence problem-solving skills
  • Good English written and communication skills
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens
  • Willing to travel any time Project needed

SAP Functional Consultant
Requirements :
  • S1 Degree majoring any subject, graduated from reputable university with minimal grade 3.0 (informatics, industrial engineering and any engineering will be advantage)
  • Have experience on Project will be additional value (not mandatory)

Requirements :
  • Male / Female, Maximum 25 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law form Reputable University (diutamakan hukum perdata)
  • Having know well about Consulting business flow and project contract
  • 1 years experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ready worked on under preassure work load
  • Have good managerial skill
  • Active in English language verbal and writing
  • Willing to handle HRD area

General requirements :
  • Melakukan review kontrak antara perusahaan dengan customer.
  • Bertanggungjawab atas segala pembuatan kontrak di perusahaan.
  • Menangani pekerjaan Human Resource Development.
  • Sudah berpengalaman dalam melakukan review kontrak perusahaan minimal 1 tahun.

Sales & Marketing Admin Officer
Persyaratan :
  • Pria/Wanita (Maks. Usia 25 tahun)
  • Berbahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan)

Tanggung Jawab
  • Mempelajari kebutuhan tender dari TOR, RFQ, dll.
  • Mengkoordinasikan dan menyiapkan dokumen persyaratan tender : legalitas, surat menyurat, pembuatan bid bond, referensi bank, finalisasi proposal, teknis penyampulan, menyiapkan CV
  • Memonitor status dan masa berlaku dokumen legal perusahaan untuk kepentingan tender
  • Mendokumentasikan dokumen tender & CV
  • Membuat quotation dan mendokumentasikan
  • Menyiapkan hardcopy proposal dan mendokumentasikan
  • Support sales marketing : Menyiapkan admistrasi untuk event pameran, seminar, workshop, presentasi, training, etc. Mengirimkan dan memonitor status daftar undangan untuk event-event diatas
  • Menghandle permintaan informasi dari customer/prospect (via telepon/email/fax) pada saat Business Manager tidak available
  • Membantu Business Manager melakukan Tele-sales (first engagement) dengan prospect/customer
